Second volume of the series "I Quaderni del Parco del Mincio" dedicated to arboreal species present in the territory of Mincio Park.
The second volume (the first one is "Piante acquatiche") of the series "I Quaderni del Parco" published by Mincio Park, deals with the several species of high trunk trees present in the territory of Mincio Park. The publication, having informative and didactic aims, can be easily understood and used by the visitors of the Park, and becomes a useful instrument for improving the knowledge of nature. The structure of the volume, a 64-page book, size 15x21, includes descriptive cards completed by illustrated tables in color. There are 22 described species (from the field maple to the lime tree) present in the countryside, on the hills, on the shores, at the edges of the wetlands of the Park's territory. The publication is completed by a glossary and it opens with a detailed introduction.
